Description
A low-carb, high-flavor Big Mac salad recipe that tastes just like your favorite fast-food burger without the bun.
Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1/4 cup diced onions
1/3 cup sliced dill pickles
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet with Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Chop lettuce, onions, and pickles while beef cools slightly.
3. Layer lettuce in bowls, then top with beef, onions, pickles, and shredded cheese.
4. In a bowl, mix mayo, mustard, ketchup, diced pickles, vinegar, onion powder, and paprika to make the dressing.
5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and sprinkle sesame seeds if using. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a keto-friendly version, use sugar-free ketchup and avoid added sugar in pickles.
Add sliced avocado or tomatoes for extra freshness.
