- 10 oz water (filtered or cold)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon or lime
- 1 tsp agave or honey (optional)
- Fresh mint or cucumber slices (optional)
Instructions
- Add chia seeds to water in a glass or jar.
- Stir immediately and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Stir again to break up clumps.
- Add lemon/lime juice and sweetener.
- Optionally infuse with herbs or fruit.
