Description
Inspired by CoComelon, these colorful homemade rainbow popsicles are a fun and healthy treat your kids will love.
Ingredients
1/2 cup strawberries, pureed
1/2 cup mango or orange juice
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup kiwi or spinach-apple blend
1/2 cup blueberry juice
1/2 cup grape or blackberry puree
Optional: honey or yogurt for creaminess
Instructions
1. Blend each fruit separately with a splash of water or juice.
2. Pour the red (strawberry) layer into molds and freeze for 30 minutes.
3. Repeat with each fruit layer, freezing 20–30 minutes between each.
4. Insert popsicle sticks after the second layer while partially frozen.
5. Continue layering until molds are full.
6. Freeze for 4–6 hours or overnight.
7. To release, run mold under warm water for a few seconds.
Notes
Use clear molds for best visual effect.
Swap in coconut water for a hydration boost.
Add honey for a touch of natural sweetness.
Use yogurt between layers for a creamy texture.
